This 2019 Dutchmen Fifth Wheel, with only two owners, has never embarked on any road trips. The original owner purchased from a dealer in Spokane, WA and had it transported to a home for a three-month temporary living setup. Distance from dealer to owner location was 5-10 miles. As the second owner, we used the Fifth Wheel for similar purposes (temporary office/living). The rig traveled another 28 miles from original owner to our location outside of the Cheney, WA area where it currently remains. The tires are original and in terrific shape (under 40 miles on the road)! We would love to keep this amazing Fifth Wheel, but our situation has changed and we must pass it on to the next happy RV-Owner.

Note:
Front door keys are missing and need to be replaced by a lock-smith, or from manufacturer. The RV is move-in ready. The bedroom was updated with paint to brighten the space since, at the time, we anticipated having the RV longer. We had small pets and there are some scratches in a few areas like the dual seating couch.
