This is a custom ordered 2019 Borderland Trailer Outpost XT with every possible option included! Built in Jordan City, Utah, this camper was delivered to my house in December, 2018. This amazing overland-style camper will have you off the grid and self-sufficient in no time. Included options are a roll-out kitchen with two 17,000 BTU Camp Chef burners, sink, external shower with hot/cold water, dry box for clothes and towels, and magnetic shower curtain. Overhead the kitchen is a Rhino Rack Sunseeker shade with additional extension and sidewall covering. A firewood box in front holds two 15 lb. propane tanks to power the stove and selectable gas/electric-powered water heater. Inside, there is enough extra room to carry additional gear and a full spare tire is mounted left of the box. Two telescopic LED lights will help illuminate your campsite when the sun goes down. Additionally, the 30-gallon water tank supplies fresh water and a two-stage onboard water filtration system will keep it filled when camping off-grid. Two flush mounted communication and gun boxes are located inside the camper and provide quick and secure access to critical items. On top is a Dometic 13,500 BTU air condition/heater that not only vents to the interior, but can also be piped into the Ruggedized Tepui Autana 3 tent and included annex. A Max Coupler is mounted to the front for multi-axis articulation on the trails and Timbren axle-less independent suspension with electronic brakes will keep things rolling (and stopping) along in the roughest of terrain. To keep things powered up, this Outpost XT has a solar panel that tops off the battery bank during the day. Included in this sale is an extremely light and quiet Honda EU3000i Handi inverter with less than 48 total hours and an ARB fridge freezer with included insulated cover, auxiliary display, and mounting straps. All electrical, water fittings, plush mattress, outside toilet, and various spare parts are included as well. The camper is 15' tongue to tail and the main cabin area is 9’6” x 5'. Two full-sized adults can easily sleep inside the gear hauler area, if needed. Empty weight of the trailer is 3000 lbs. and my 2016 Jeep Rubicon pulled it well. This is an overall excellent camper but with two small children, it no longer fits mine and my wife's current lifestyle. The camper is garage kept. If you have any questions, please ask.
