This is the one! It's a 24.1! Super popular because it is FULLY functional with the slide IN! Great for boondocking. The slide out provides even more space. One owner coach used by non smoking couple primarily for transport from Norfolk to Upstate NY. New residence in NY makes RV unneeded - but we thoroughly enjoyed it!

This particular unit was built on a 2018 Ford E-450 Chassis, not the E-350 which is sometimes the case. Tows up to 8,000 lbs.
New coach batteries, just passed VA inspection, lots of camping goodies come with the coach, fresh engine and generator (Onan 4,000 watt) service. Note this coach does not have leveling jacks (we never missed them - but the spec sheet referenced above mistakenly says they are included) but does have factory heat pads on the holding tanks and AC factory upgrade from 13.000 BTU to 15,000 BTU.
