Exterior: All exterior body sanded, epoxy-filled, primed and painted with High Performance Epoxy gloss protective paint. All windows, J-rails and doors removed, re-built and re-attached with new hex fasteners and butyl tape. Silicone sealant, epoxy and marine Sherwin Williams exterior enamel, All exterior wood trim is Shou Sugi ban (Yakisugi), a Japanese burnishing technique and finished with boiled Linseed oil. Custom Yakisugi entry door. Roof debris removed, patched and re-sealed with Elastomeric sealant. New roof vent, ceiling joists, LED exterior lighting, brass fasteners and custom design elements. 200W rooftop solar panels are flexible and concealed.
