2021 heartland cyclone 4006
We traveled for a year and asking 86k. Comes with extended warranty with 5 years left. Been in the shop multiple times fixing some seals and little things.got all the new Rv kinks out. Has two cosmetic issues. 1) another Rv drove out of park with awning down in Michigan, hit multiple RVs. Thankfully only left a white scuff on nose as seen in picture. Not damage to nose or lights.(trying to get this fixed now with a detail shop)  Other issues is 2 doors as shown in picture. Tape is to keep water proof but each door is about $100-150 from heartland. trailer located in castle rock CO.

Updates/changes
- took out couches in garage to build 2nd bunk. Still have couches and can remove second bunk if buyer wants. 
- removed small dresser in master and installed real dresser
- removed sleeper couch. Very uncomfortable and put in folding Ike’s table. Can go with RV if wanted 
- gen y goose neck hitch(1500) with hitch lock (300) 
- new Rv with movable tv mount 
- tires have 25k miles on them.
