Second Owner. Meticulously Maintained. Selling because my family is growing by one, and traveling with infants is not ideal, so we are taking a break from RVing. This listing also will include everything you need to go camping including sewer hoses, water hoses, electric cords and Surge protector.

I have owned this since Spring 2021. Since then, I have upgrade or replaced the following:

• New and upgraded G Rated Transeagle Tires, Date code 1021
• Replaced the whole wheel assembly and brakes. New Bearings, New Brake pad, New Drums
• Replaced with Dexter Genuine parts. Brakes are auto adjust.
• Upgraded Axle Equalizer to the MORryde CRE3000, 8k Rated, Equalizer
• Upgrade to Heavy Duty Shackle kit from MORryde
• Upgrade to Deep Cycle Hybrid GEL Battery 12 Volt 100Ah from Renergy, SKU: RBT100GEL12-US ($299)
• Swap Hydraulic Fluid for actual Hydraulic fluid (normal fluid is ATF based), Recommended to reduce Pop when temperature changes. Only 1 liter was changed.
• Generator first oil change and filter at 130 hours. Currently at only 131 hours.

Regular maintenance and winterizing done religiously.
Some Examples: Hot Water Tank Flush, Repack Bearings when needed, Sanitized Water system at least once a month, Clean hydraulic legs, Clean, Lube and UV protect/treat RV seals.

RV has all Standard Options. You can google the standard specs. Here are Some of the Premium options include:

• On-board ONAN 5.5kw Generator (started up a ran monthly to maintain longevity)
• Black out blinds package
• Rear patio with stairs and guard rails
• Blue Light Accent package
• Outdoor Entertainment center (Outdoor TV and speakers)

• One Touch Electric control center with Wi-Fi control. (Controls lights, awning, slides, and more right from your phone)
• MaxAIR Fans in rear Bath and Garage.

Also have for sale separately a Pullrite 2315 Hitch for the puck system for Ram Trucks, 1 year old, also very well maintained for $2000 OBO.
