Description

2007 Fun Mover 31D Class C ToyHauler - Solar, 800 AH Li-ion Batt, Remodeled, Off-Grid

A practical live off grid boon-docking ready to go livable house on wheels. My wife traveled for work full time, and were on the move every 3-6 weeks for the better part of the last decade. We purchased, and did the first renovation on this RV in 2015. I worked remote, and had a full sized office chair and ergonomic workspace setup at all times. We learned quite a bit along the way about what it means to live comfortably on the road, and upgraded accordingly.Highlights:

  • 500W Solar & Massive 824AH of Brand New Li-ion Batteries
    • All New Victron Components
    • 3000W Magnum Hybrid Sine Wave Inverter
  • Quiet Highly Efficient 1T Mini-Split as well as New Roof A/C
    • Batteries can run mini-split for 8-12 hours depending on the climate
  • Nature's Head Composting Toilet
    • Custom Automatic Urine drain
  • Fully Remodeled & ready for remote working
    • Just add computer and office chair of choice.
  • LED Lights, Residential Fridge, Steering upgrade, Backup cameras, TPMS, Brake Controller, Maxx Air, WeBoost, Onboard Air, and more
We spent a total of 1 week in an RV park in the 5 years we were full timing. Otherwise we rented drive-ways in some of the best neighborhoods in the country. You can plug into just about any regular 15amp outlet, and still have full 30 amps of power in the RV via the combination of battery and shore power.

All of the batteries, and all the solar componentry are new.

Why is the price so good:

High Milage
  • The RV was originally owned by a church that transported kids around to skateparks. It had around 97k miles when we bought it, but ran, and continues to run like a champ. It now has 127k miles on it. This really isn’t much for these ford V10s and chassis.
Previous Water Damage & De-lamination
  • There was a leak that caused damage to the passener side wall and cabinets. This happened while we were in the RV. it was slow but steady, and we didn’t notice it until it was pouring rain in Miami. It ended up being a screw behind the awning bracket that was letting the water in. The leak was fixed, but there is damage to the front cabinet. It's all cosmetic.
  • The roof was replaced prior to us purchasing it, and I presume it was related to the delamination. It hasn't gotten worse since we purchased it. While no one wants delamination, it’s the last thing you care about when you’re inside an RV. We got a deal b/c of the delam, and have priced the RV accordingly.
