This fifth wheel came off the line the end of January 2022 and we picked it up beginning of February so it’s now only 8 months old. It has what we consider the essential upgrade of the second AC. So, the main Coleman-Mach 15k BTU rear AC and the Coleman-Mach 13.5k BTU bedroom AC. Makes all the difference in the world. It has the built in backup camera with the wonderful 7 inch thin bezel touch screen included! You don't have to use your phone. Use it not just for backing up but as you drive it acts as extra awareness as to who is behind you and next to you on both sides. It also has the solar package that aids in a few things not the least of which is running the 12v refrigerator as you drive. We also have the auto open/close rain sensing MAXXAIR FAN in the kitchen. Open the windows and turn on this great fan and the cross breeze is perfect. If it sounds like we love our 31MB that’s because we do and yeah like big babies we are a little more than sad to let it go. We removed the bottom bunk to make it more of an office/sitting space and can either reinstall it for you or just hand over all of the parts for you to do as you please. Including the X-CHOCK and 7 inch back up camera display. 4 heavy rubber tire chocks. 50amp surge protector. Full replacement fuse kit. 17 inch table top Blackstone griddle. AND MORE.
