Great Floorplan, no other like it.
Awning has been repaired with awning tape, some cosmetic scuffs inside where tape peeled off some wallpaper.
Other than this stuff, everything else is in perfect condition. Grand Design followed through and gave us a perfect rv without any issues since we bought it.
