Update: We recently had our camper fully inspected by Campbells Maintenance Service in Kyle, TX. They provided me with an entire report of their end to end inspection that I have included in the photos for the listing. The unit came back with a glowing report and we want to make sure that the unit is camping ready and the buyer has a peace of mind for whoever is lucky enough to snag it.

We are selling our beautiful 2021 Grand Design Imagine XLS 22mle. My wife and I got this camper in Colorado and used it for four weekend trips total. We just had a new baby and sadly do not have the time and travel capacity that this camper deserves and we would love to see it go to a great new home. Camper is non smoker.

Relax in your two recliners that have built in cup holders, heating and a massage option while you watch your flat screen TV that is Roku enabled. When you are hungry, sit at your spacious table (that doubles as a bed for the kiddos) with cushioned seating while you wait for your meal to finish in your convection oven or microwave. Thirsty? Pop open the fridge and grab your beverage of choice while you listen to the bluetooth enabled speakers that amplify sound nicely across the camper. If its a nice evening, listen to your speakers outside while you sit underneath the 18' power retractable awning. Do your dishes in a deep sink with plenty of counter space to make it feel like a home away from home.

Once you are ready to settle in for the day, you can take a nice hot shower in the bathroom that has a separate space for the toilet and shower area with a sliding door for privacy. Get a good nights sleep in your queen bed with a Casper mattress topper and use the privacy curtain if you need some separation from guests.

When you are ready to hit the road for home or on your next adventure, use the electric front and back stabalizing jacks and electric tongue jack for ease of setup and tear down. When you are on the road, have peace of mind with a weight distributed hitch (hitch and distributed system included!) that will take some of the sway away from your travels.

This includes separate hoses for your sewer and fresh water, sewer lines to dump after trips, tire chocks, stabalizing blocks for your jacks, a pressure regulator for hook ups, eating utencils, plates, cups, a percolator and everything else that we have in our basement.
