This unit has been a campground "Queen" since new at a private campground on a beautiful Indiana lake. We purchased July 2021 in order to gain entry to this desired campground even though it did not meet our (grandchildren!) needs. We have replaced this year with a unit more accommodating our many grandkids. This is a beautiful RV well suited for couples, we enjoyed immensely when alone(great kitchen/pantry!) but trying to sleep 3 or 4 grade school aged grandkids, it just didn't work.
Unit is at a storage facility in Decatur, IN. Placing it there was first opportunity I had to use the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 auto leveling system, that's a game changer. We pulled for 30 years using crank jacks, this is infinitely better.
Has a Samsung Smart TV in living room; an LG tv in bedroom. Fireplace heater with remote is practical and aesthetically pleasing. Leather furniture in excellent condition and quite comfortable, even the sofa pull out queen bed isn't horrible. Excellent amount of storage throughout. The pantry(!) is the best we have ever had. Huge pantry.automatic light is a feature that will be missed.
Dual access bathroom, good sized storage for linens/towels, nice medicine cabinet/mirror. I'm 6'2", shower is spacious and my height not an issue.
Outdoor kitchen has a refrigerator the grandkids used for water and juice.
Rugged fold down cargo rack on back accommodates 500 pounds.
RV was under a tree, awnings are tannin stained. Negotiable.
