Travel trailer is in great condition and has had recent upgrades! All new appliances were installed in 2020; microwave, oven, fridge, and both the living room and master bed flat screen TVs with DVD player. All stock features are in working order; leveling jacks, awning, A/C, heater, tow lift, trailer wiring harness, slide, etc. Exterior is near perfect, with a dent just forward of the slide. I recently replaced 2 wheels due to wear, the others are still good. The only remaining items which need some TLC are the couch and the kitchen dinette seats. As you can see in the photos they are in okay condition, you could easily improve the asthetics with a couch cover (super cheap) or new cushion covers if the wear is bothersome. The only reason we are looking to sell is because we moved and have no where to store on property. We are motivated to sell, so make us an offer and come take a look!
