The RV is spacious with a high ceiling throughout the living room/kitchen/dining area, which slides out on both sides. Hhere is an immense amount of inside storage. The utility room (under loft slideout) was an office for us with piano, desk, printer AND coffee station, plus the storage closet and drawers.

We had to empty the black tank every 4 or 5 days, and the grey tanks sometimes more often, so they are not large. We have never used the onboard water tank, but it holds 40 gallons.

Heating and cooling in the RV was awesome. We live in TN and endured 90+ temps and near 110 perceived temps, but the RV was always cool. Those blackout shades were big help. When it got under 20 degrees, the floor was a bit cold. We never skirted the RV.
