Well maintained travel trailer with many upgrades. We love this camper, but we have only used it a couple of times close to home. We decided to get a travel trailer when we retire, which is still a few years away. I would actually buy one like this again.

Some of the things we love about it are that it has Azdel walls, it's lightweight and easy to tow, it has a rear kitchen with lots of storage, a cozy and warm fireplace, a large refrigerator, a good size shower, and a 49 gallon fresh water tank. The floor plan is nicely done and there is a surprising amount of storage throughout.

I am a very picky clean freak, so when we got it last year from the original owner, we went through and cleaned everything thoroughly. The previous owner had attached some items to the wall without using Command strips so there are a few cosmetic marks on the inside that don't affect anything. They are not very noticable, but we will show them to any prospective purchasers so they are aware of it. We want to be completely transparent about both the good and the bad. We feel like we have priced it accordingly.

We upgraded many items to new such as:

• New Queen mattress from Costco-slept on one time
• New Goodyear Endurance tires with less than 100 miles on them
• New toilet-just because the other one seemed kinda gross to me
• New Beddy bedding system
• New heavy duty stabilizer jacks

It's currently in storage in Brighton. We have a clear green Michigan title with no lien.
