The Cadillac of pop-ups! This is a high wall camper that opens to nearly 27 feet long. When this camper was built, Fleetwood said it had 'the amenities of a full size travel trailer in a lightweight easy to tow package.' We bought this pop-up for my daughter and her family of seven, so they could go camping with us. But they just haven't had time with five kids and busy school and work schedules. So, we agreed it was time to sell this and let some other lucky family have fun with this camper.

It is in pretty good condition considering its age. We made several upgrades when we bought it. They are:

• Brand new Goodyear Endurance tires with less than 50 miles on them, including the spare tire


• Professionally sewn interior curtains made to the original Redwood specs


• Professionally reupholstered cushions on the sofa and dinette with heavy duty upholstery fabric


• Upgraded the flooring

When we first got it, we went through it thoroughly and discovered a few soft spots towards the back of the camper. So we pulled all that out and replaced it with Advantech flooring. At the same time, we greased the whiffle tree and all the cables. We also cleaned it all inside, and sanitized the cassette toilet and water tanks.

The canvas and vinyl are in good condition, and there are no leaks. Here is the equipment and it is all working:
