Update November 28,2022. New tires!!!! No price increase.ONE OWNER. Purchased brand new in Florida and stored under roof since new. Well maintained by particular owners. No pets, no smoking, no kids, it looks nearly new inside. Furniture has no rips, tears, stains, odors, etc. Before we bought this rig, we considered buying used to save money, but after looking at used rigs we were grossed out by the filth and odors inside --- one saleman even proudly pulled up the sheets to the bed to show us the "quality mattress" and it had bedbugs! So we decided to buy new. If we had been able to find a rig like this when we were looking, we would have bought it.

So if you are super picky about cleanliness and condition, this is the one for you. Only two people have ever been inside (us). The interior colors are classic and pleasing, no gaudy finishes that look cheap over time.

The exterior paint colors are attractive and the rig looks beautiful on the road. There is some slight paint fade at the very top (see photos) and a minor scrape from a wood sign in a campground (see photo), otherwise it looks great and has never been in any accidents or collisions, ever. It may not be perfectly perfect, but it's darn close. If you want perfect, Newmar will be happy to sell you a new 2023 Dutch Star for $719,000.00.
