The 2021 Model has a better interior cabinet configuration then the 2022 models with gas-strut and soft close doors. We simply do not use it enough since we purchased it in Feb. of 2022. This unit has been used only 4 times and is in brand new, excellent condition. I've fixed several plumbing issues, replaced the mattress, replaced the TV, added a McHitch system, added an under carriage slinky tube holder, and changed the hot water heater to a Fogatti OnDemand heater. I'm asking $52,500 for the unit. Paid over $60,000 with taxes.
