2017 Entegra Aspire 44B

This warm and inviting luxury motorcoach is an all-electric 45 foot motorhome with 4 slideouts and a tag axle, and Entegra's popular 44B Floorplan, which features a bath and a half, King sized bed, separate washer/dryer and a house size master bath.
This coach is on a Spartan K2 chassis with Independant front suspension and disk brakes.
Cummins ISL9 engine with 450 HP mated to an Allison MD3000 6 speed transmission. Current mileage is 51534. The generator is an ONAN 10,000 watt Quiet Deisel, with 399 hours.
All tires were replaced in April of 2022. Aquahot maintenance done in January 2023, and new chassis batteries. The 50 amp power cord is on an electric reel, as is the fresh water hose. A Magnum 2812 pure sign inverter provides 110v power when shore power isn't available. HVAC includes 3 Airxcel 15,000 BTU A/C's, all with heat pumps and a new Microair thermostat. Heat and endless hot water is provided by an Aquahot AH-400 deisel fired hydronic system which also includes a heated floor.
Inside, this motorhome is full of quality including UltraLeather upholstery, beautiful polished porcelain tile, cherry hardwood cabinetry. The refrigerator is a Samsung residential french door fridge with water and ice through the door.
The electric fireplace below the main TV provides both heat and ambiance.
The master bedroom holds a King sized Denver mattress, a TV with satellite and cable, and even a ceiling fan!
The master bathroom is residential sized and includes a Whirlpool washer/dryer pair.
