Great lightweight full-size starter travel trailer if you are looking to tow with a half ton truck. Great shape- wonderful for a family looking to get into RV camping.

Two very nice-sized Double bunk beds, and a very spacious Queen up front. Comes with mattresses, mattress covers, and decor-specific bed spread. Sleeps a family of 5 easily, up to 10 can be accomodated. Single large slide out makes room for a comfortable leather sofa (in front of the TV) which can be converted to a bed, and a 4-person cushioned benchseat dinette that also converts to a sleeping space if needed. Indoor and outdoor bluetooth stereo sound system is perfect for hanging out outside under the large awning.

Kitchen includes a propane- and electric-powered refrigerator and freezer. Large kitchen sink on a counter return next to a propone stove and oven. Pantry and storage cabinets all over the place.

Private bathroom with a toilet, sink, and stand-up shower / tub, and separate outdoor entry in the back. Hot water tank and heater works on propane.

Roof-mounted Air Conditioning unit and fan system keeps the temperature in the trailer just right for the family. Heating system comes in handy for the cooler early spring and fall camping trips. Everything has been maintained carefully and works well. Very clean overall.

The front slope and sleeper area cieling were professionally replaced in 2020 due to a leak at the roof seam that could have been avoided. Kept undercover throughout the winter, stays completely dry all summer long. Cover is in great shape, will come with the trailer ($300 savings). Windows and slide out seals are in great shape, and are cleaned often.

Will also incldue everything you need to get started trailering and camping right away. Ball and hitch mount with sway bar and springs get you hooked up for towing safely. Trailer has a mounted spare tire and 4 tire covers. Also including clean water connection hose, sewerage hoses and connectors with a collapsible hose stand as well- everything you need to connect to at a full service campsite. Your towing vehicle must have it's own trailer break control system installed.
