Yes there is less than 7000 miles on this beautiful coach. Stored indoors most of the time. Coach is driven every month to keep all components active. Used for short trips 2-3 times a year (+-500 miles). Please let the pictures answer the condition of this unit. According to JD Power the average retail for this coach is $228,670.00. I am asking significantly less. This unit is actually a 3735 not 3736. The software that RV Trader uses did not allow me to put the correct trim.
Complete service of all fluids and filters, belts, and tires in 2022. Batteries replaced in 2021. New Smart TV's throughout and installed in 2022. Aqua Hot (110VAC and Deisel) gives you 24/7 hot water for heating the couch in the winter and hot water to all sinks, shower, and washer.
