2013 Hideout that we purchased new and have been the only owners. We do not smoke and have not had pets in the unit. It features a Queen bed in the bedroom up front, seperate bedroom in the back with two bunks and a fold out memory foam couch. The bathroom has a separte entrance from the outside and the unit also has an outdoor kitchen.

All Appliances, water pump, water heater, awning, AC, and furnace still function without issues. New Goodyear Endurance tires in late 2020 with plenty of tread left, Load range E and speed rated to 80MPH. I have always packed the wheel bearings yearly and they are in like new condition. Battery is kept on a battery tender when the unit is not in use and works great. Everything on this unit functions like it did when we bought it.

There is a small cosmetic only dent on the rear of the unit that can be seen in the pictures. We also had a small leak that got the wood wet in one of the closets and caused some delamination (shown in picture and only cosmetic in nature and can only be seen with closet door open). This leak was fixed immediately and required replacement of the roof, which we replaced with an RV Flex Armour roof. Roof has a lifetime warranty that is transferable to the new owner and I have the paperwork to do so upon sale. All new vents, antenna, and exhaust fan installed with the roof. Roof work was performed in October 2021.

The title is clean and I have it in hand if you decide to purchase the unit. All accessories (water and sewer hoses, leveling blocks, weight distribution hitch, etc) that we have are inclueded in the sale. We are only selling due to not having the time to go camping anymore and would love for someone to get use out of such a great RV!
