This motorhome has lived a full life and loves life on the road. Our family has grown up so we are selling. We bought it from El Monte RV in L.A. in the spring of 2018, fresh out of their rental fleet with 32,000 miles. We put on new front tires, and set out for a year+ of adventure. During that journey we upgraded the following items: furnace board and components, water heater board, slide-out motors and gears, sink faucet, shower head, high altitude furnace kit, starter battery, refrigerator door, and MAXX air ceiling fan. In 2020 we upgraded from 2 to 4 house batteries, and put on four rear tires.

The onboard onan generator has performed very well for us and has been regularly serviced and maintained. The generator start switch in the dash does not work, but the one on the main control panel does. Along with the generator, autoleveling makes set up a breeze. If you aren't hooking up to utilities, you don't even need to get out of the RV. Four robust jack pads are included in case your site isn't as level as you hoped.

50amp service, but can run both A/C units on 30amp if you keep your fridge and water heater on gas mode.

We have had an annual service each year with all systems checked, roof sealed, lube, oil, filter and generator serviced. Front brakes scheduled for late September.

There is a great storage locker on the side. This is not an outdoor kitchen, but you could create one if you wanted. We stored our grill and 65qt cooler in here, plus extra drinks, chairs. There are cabinets all around the exterior with room for all your gear. The upper part of some cabinets pass-through, making it great to store a tables, gravity loungers, broom, fishing rods, etc.

The inside storage is also spacious with pantry, overhead cabinets, kitchen drawers, clothes doors, five closets, bathroom storage and more. There are two tv's inside plus three hook-ups.

Now for the issues. The dash board shakes when the roads are rough. It came to us this way, but it doesn't affect our enjoyment. The finish on the upholstery is worn after all this usage, but no rips or holes. Exterior decals are showing wear. Paint on one section of slide-out trim is peeling.
