Large living space with three slide outs is great for year round living (weather permitting). Unique to this unit is changeable keypad entry making it great for short term rental. An electric fireplace can keep the unit warm during cold nights if you choose not to use propane heater. Including portable ac unit for bedroom for those who like to sleep cool at night:) A wrap around tarp (okay condition) around hitch is great for storing bikes/firewood to keep private and out of the elements.
