This motorhome is ready to hit the road. Recently serviced throughout. New tires purchased in April 2022 with approximately 3,000 miles. Kept in an enclosed barn when not in use. Storage bay door behind driver's door has damage. Operable and locks. See attached picture. Not shown in pictures, but there is a 22" wall mount Samsung TV that goes above the cabover bunk. Works great. Had taken it down in order to use a larger TV. A Demco towbar, Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) and Rear Suspension Air Bag are also included. Tow vehicles used were a Chevrolet Avalanche & Yukon Denali. Average MPG towing is/was 8.5 - 9.5 . No smoking or pets. Recently purchased a larger MH is why we are offering this one for sale.
