Pristine condition Grand Design 367 BHS (with original and extended warranty)! Purchased December 13, 2021, but unfortunately the circumstances which would have allowed us to utilize this beautiful fifth wheel have changed. The 41-foot fifth wheel remains under the original manufacturer’s 3-year limited structural warranty.

It has been used a total of 5 nights and has otherwise remained in storage (see pictures taken 9/2/22). It remains impeccably clean and still has that new smell. There are zero mechanical flaws - all slides and awnings, electrical, heating and cooling, and plumbing systems are in new and working order. Roof seals inspected and without any signs of unexpected wear or leaks. Interior and exterior refrigerators operational. The trailer was winterized over the winter, and the black water tank was thoroughly rinsed. The only modification which has been made was downsizing the mattress in the master bedroom to a queen as the king-sized bed made it nearly impossible to navigate the room with any degree of ease. The queen mattress was purchased new and has a waterproof cover.
