The price of this unit also includes tow vehicle which is a 2013 GMC Terian. We have had a motorhome for 35 years, and purchased this one new and it is the best we've ever had. The reason for us selling, I am 83 yrs of age. We did change the main couch for two recliners, which suited our needs best. The pictures we just took, so what you see is very accurate!
This unit has 4 TV's, the large TV slides out of view behind the couch. One above the dash, one in the bedroom and a large one outside! Great for parties! The stove is gas, which I have loved! The one big plus that I have enjoyed is that there is a desk hidden from view behind the dining chair. It has a drawer that pulls out for your laptop, the cabinet under that is a place for your printer. Behind the other dining chair is drawers that you can hold some files and etc. There is a large pantry with pull out shelves, next to the refrigerator, a bath with double vanity and large shower, also small half bath, a RV King size bed. This unit has Newmar Comfort stearing which is great (in strong cross winds). The Oasis unit has worked very well, trouble free. We installed a holding tank monitor in outside water compartment. We have kept all units inside at our home when not in use. Serviced every year by a Newmar Dealer. The price of this unit also comes with the 2013 GMC Terian, all complete unit ready to go.
