Description

If you are looking at this LTV Unity, you may already be familiar with the superior design, craftmanship, quality, and reputation of the manufacturer, Triple EEE. We are reminded of this, everytime we use it. If you purchase one, your Unity will stand out from the crowd and you will routinely receive compliments on it, as we have. We chose the Corner Bed model with its slideout and dinette because, in our opinion, it offers the most spacious and comfortable living area of all the floor plans. The dinette is unbeatable as a place for, well, dining, but also for cards, games, reading, occasionally working (yikes!), and importantly, as a handy kitchen table and landing pad when you have your apron on. Also, it can be made into a bed. Even with the slide in, there is ample room in this floor plan to operate in the kitchen area, use the dinette, and access the bed, bathroom, shower and cab.
We are the 2nd owners of this Unity; it came loaded with initially purchased, factory installed options, including Alcoa Dura Bright Aluminum wheels; 2 thermal controlled Fantastic Fans w/ rain sensing auto closure; 2 roof mounted 100 watts each solar panels fully integrated into the electrical system; an integrated 3.6 kw Onan LP generator; Dometic 3-way (LP/coach battery/30 amp shore power) refrigerator/freezer w/ auto switching; 2 electric stabilizer jacks, waste dump Macerator, w/manual on/off switch; removable table for use between the swiveled captains chairs; and roof mounted Wineguard satellite receiver. These options were priced around $13,300 when purchased new. The only item we have added is a set of Borg Dually Chrome rear wheel valve extenders.
We have never towed, we don't smoke, do not have any pets, and have kept the Unity in covered storage. We have all of the original purchaser's manuals and handbooks. Coach inspections and the very little coach maintenance has been done by a local LTV specialist; MB inspections and routine maintenance have been performed by the separate MB Sprinter shop of the local MB dealer. We have the records of this activity. The vehicle has never failed to start and run reliably while we have owned it.
Finally, why are we selling? The recent appearance of grandchildren nearby has reduced our RV traveling and camping to the point where our original reasons for owning no longer apply. It's somebody else's turn.
