Priced to sell! This is a beautiful fifth wheel! It is very spacious and great for entertaining or a large family! We only have used it a few times and we are going to be downsizing.

This rig has an awesome patio off the back and plenty of room to haul your toys! It has the 4 season weather package so you have screen/glass doors to give you a great view out the back while protecting you from the elements. There is also a washer and dryer hook up in the back along with a half bath!

 The kitchen has a great island and also includes two stools. It also comes equipped with a residential fridge! The Master bedroom has the upgraded king bed option. There is a Odom generator to power this thing when you're off grid, and it comes with installed slide toppers.

The LED lights are amazing on this rig! If you extract both awnings, open the door to the outdoor TV and turn on all the outside and inside LED's it looks like you're set for a fun evening! There's also an extra fuel tank and pump/nozzle to fill up your motorcycle, golf cart, or whatever toy you have in the back!

This is really a great fifth wheel and if you're serious about staying in something nice, this is the one! Grand Design is a great brand and not only are you getting quality, but you're also joining an incredible family!
