Like new, only used a few times. Great camper for a small family or a couple. Rugged tires for off road, insulated floor, dual propane tanks, kayak rack, set up for solar, central vacuum, electric awning, extra long bunks with windows and storage for each bunk. lots of light in this camper. air condition and heater work great. Only selling because we inherited a summer camp on water in the 1000 islands.
The video shows a slightly different floor plan than our. The table no longer wraps around as far which makes it easier to get in and out of the queen bed and also the storage unit by the bumnks is not as high and is a lift top with a mirror over it. we like our set up better than the one in most videos.
