Very well maintained coach with ~5500 miles. Always covered while in storage (full size cover included with sale). Ceramic coating applied by Bob Moses Ceramic Coating Professionals in Phoenix AZ. Cleaned, inspected and touched up as needed by the same annually. Original RV queen mattress replaced with a more comfortable household mattress. Also, plastic toilet replaced with a porcelain unit. We secure it to the rear cargo platform. Upgraded with two 6-volt batteries and has factory installed "Go Power" solar ready system. One of the features we really enjoy is the outdoor kitchen with gas grill, two burner stove and mini fridge. Shower miser system (returns cold water to the storage tank while waiting for hot water - water saver for dry camping). Tire pressure monitor system. WiFi Ranger signal extender.
