Need to sell ASAP. I am relocating to another state and I am unable to take my travel trailer.

Thanks for looking at my 2017 Highland Ridge, Mesa Ridge MR310BHS travel trailer. It's a great camper in great shape and lightly used. I have owned it for just over a year. The prior owners bought it new and used it only five times in four years. It is very spacious with (4) slides. The kitchen has a slide that pushes the stove-top/oven, microwave, counter-top, and refrigerator out away from the island creating a lot of space. Directly across from the island is the 12' couch with 4' wings on each end which also slides out to create a lot of room in the kitchen/living area. The bunkhouse has a slide as well that pushes the convertible dinette table and overhead bunk out. The bedroom closet and chest of drawers slides out as well.
This camper has lots of storage in all areas. The outdoor storage passes all the way through from one side to the other - 99" long x 36" wide x 19" high. The indoor, under-bed storage is 32" long x 48" wide x 19" high. There are MANY other large spaces for storage inside.
The refrigerator is a full-size residential and the microwave is 1200W. The indoor kitchen has a 3-burner cook-top and oven that run on propane, three counter-top spaces, and a double sink. The outdoor kitchen has a 2-burner cook-top, sink, microwave, large mini-fridge (not shown in the pictures), counter-top, and over-head cabinet.
It has the 2,000W power inverter to run lights and charge batteries. The tongue jack and stabilizers are all powered for quick set-up. The sway-control receiver and bar are included as well as power cord adapters, TV cables, fresh water hose, grey and black water hoses and adapters. There are dual, 30-lb propane tanks – one is full and one is in use. Another benefit is the "Four Season Protection" package for camping in any climate. Everything you need to start camping immediately is included with this camper.
