Our family bought this back in May and had a full plan to go fulltime and then I was offered a job that I could not refuse and unfortunately had to change plans. We are very eager to sell as we are on a time crunch with our sudden change of plans. I will also work on delivery if needed! Our rig is practically brand new still and has been stationary at our camp for the short time we have had it. We also have the Good Sam 5 Year Premium extended warranty that we bought (Additional $5k - worth $8k). Everything has been perfectly maintained, both ACs work great and kept us cool all summer, and we have really loved the space. It is a great model for a family looking to have a room for their kids or to have an office (or both like I had it set up!). We have a ton of accessories that we can discuss as well - we have all of the original furniture in our storage unit in perfect condition - we just took them out to add in different furniture and a crib. We will have those ready for you as well if you would like them.
