Ford 450 chassis, has been a wonderful RV. Very clean, roomy and comfortable. Onan Micropoint 4000 generator. Large fridge and freezer work great, 3 burner stove and microwave oven, indoor and outdoor shower. Has 1 slide out, couch converts to bed. Just had oil changed early August 2022. Just had both awnings replaced August 20, 2022. On the downside, the RPM gauge is not working and the speedometer works but rests at 10mph. I've got over $25,000 in it so I'm not real negotiable on price. Last September I had fuel filter and spark plugs replaced, ball joints, rear shocks and wheel bearings done. Replaced driver mirror and waste water valve myself this year. Plus too many minor cosmetic repairs and improvements to list. Definitely worth seeing if this is the kind of RV you're looking for. Doesn't seem to be many out there in this price range that has been taken care of.
