I am the 3rd owner and have owned this Holiday Rambler Imperial for 10 years. It had a little over 57,000 miles when I purchased it. The odometer now shows 104,000 miles on the ISC 350 Cummins. Transmission is a 6 speed Allison. New batteries (1 engine battery, 4-6 volt coach batteries) in July 2022. In 2017 a new side radiator has been replaced with a new core. New alternator replaced in 2020.

This coach has factory full body paint to include roof. Manual awnings all the way around. The roof is white gel coated fiberglass and has two new 2018 Domatic Penguin 15,000 btu A/C units with heat pumps in each. A Hydro-Hot diesel fired boiler system (serviced July 2022) provides heat to the interior floor registers with unlimited water for showers, washing clothes, and cooking. It also heats the "basement" 90 gal fresh water tank, and 60 gal gray and 40 gal black water tanks. Winter camping is no problem. A 2,000 watt inverter is the basement. This is an all electric coach. Only thing that runs on propane are the 3 stove top burners with a 45 gal propane tank. Above the stove burners is a Convection microwave. The automatic leveling system is really nice. Push a button and it levels itself.
The 7,500 watt Onan Super Quite diesel generator with 2,261 hrs is in the front. It has just been serviced. Oil, filter, and fuel pump.

INSIDE:
New in 2017 a residential refrigerator. New in 2021 a Splendid washer and separate dryer. New in 2017 hide-a-bed with an air bed. Electric Fireplace with heat. Bathroom includes shower with sink and cabinets. The toilet has it's own privacy door.

Porcelain tile through out the Rv with area rugs, and carpeted bedroom.
