Selling our 2022 Reflection 312BHTS from Grand Design! Family and I took it to Florida and back and now it's available. Great camper for larger families. Comes with residential refrigerator, holds a ton of food. Outdoor kitchen with fridge and grill. Mounted LCD tv's in bunkhouse and master bedroom. Have had no issues at all (one stabilizer motor went bad, fixed under warranty). Camper still under the manufactures warranty! It has been great. and very well maintained! Camper has solar prep, and Arctic 4-seasons package, on demand water heater is very nice. New Reflection with same floor plan over $80,000.
