It's in good condition. When we first bought it we had a leak in the front cap and we fixed it no floor damage or soft spots. The theater seat is starting to peel. Everything else in great shape. We put new tires on it last year. Big screen TV in living room. Both AC units are still working. The refrigerator is still in great shape. It has 2 trifold couches that work well for guests. The whole bottom of the back side is used for storage and the front has a large compartment for storage as well. Under the bed has a lot of storage space too. It stays under our camper shed. The price is negotiable.
