This unit runs extremely well and is in great condition inside and out. This is a fantastic unit for families or couples and has plenty of room for visitors. Appliances are in excellent shape. There is storage inside with cabinets and closets throughout, as well as outside with large storage compartments and some passthrough storage. The washer/dryer hook up is ready for use. All the exterior hook ups work well.

This unit has been stored inside a garage year round and has had regular seasonal maintenance. Onan 5000 generator keeps up with heavy pull and runs great. New tires all around in 2020, all new batteries in 2021, roof was resealed in 2022. The captain chairs in the cab, sofa and seats of the dinette have all been reupholstered. The backs around the dinette will need updated upholstery (considered in pricing). The mattress for the drop down bed above the cabin, and the mattress for the fold out sofa are both included. This unit can comfortable sleep 6 to 8 adults! Polar package is ready to use with heated tanks, and insulated, closed underbelly. The pulling capacity is strong enough to pull a van through the mountains.
