Almost new. We have only owned for one year and camped only 6 times. We are seniors and do not have any young children. The camper is in excellant condition. We love this camper, especially the bunks. It is light enough to pull with GMC Colorodo. The 2 grey tanks is a plus. The attached pictures speak for themselves.
