This is a very clean RV & we are the second owners, it has every option that was available, the list new was $123,900 & at the time of purchase suggested retail price was $82,000. We have done some minor upgrades, such as fitted carpet for rear cargo area along with a queen memory foam mattress for the rear bed, wireless quad cam, side/rear views & an extra 4th camera for placement of your choice, (maybe 5th wheel hookup in truck bed) all in HD color (photos). So many options from central vacuum system to a 25 &30 gallon fuel tank for generator & toys w/ hose / pump handle. Cummins Onan QG 5500 generator with less than 20 hrs.This 5th wheel is over & above all I have seen for the price, as well, meticulously maintained, practically new with limited usage. DO NOT MISS THIS ONE, IT WILL GO FAST !!!
