A great unit to spend some quality family time in. The garage is 11' in length, (fits our Pioneer 700 UTV) it is seperated from the main living space by a solid sliding glass door and a screen door if preferred. 2 of the queen beds is in the garage that are bunk style with the happijack system.
This Unit has full size fridge so throw the coolers out. Private upper bedroom with a private bathroom so easy for all to use.
Built in generator along with a fuel station to fill the toys up!
The back of garage has the party deck with a pull down screen to keep the bugs out. We've had a lot of sunrise/ sunset moments on this deck along with the grandkids dancing in the rain.
Auto level system, outdoor shower, room darking shades.

It has minor dent by the ladder that goes to the roof, teenage neighbor backed into it.
