I am the second owner. I purchased this 2 years ago from the original owner. I quickly learned that I am not the RV type. I have used this only 6 times. I bought this when travel was restricted by Covid. I found out that I am not a RV fanatic. I prefer hotels. This has never been lived in. Its only used for vacations and travel. I replaced the batteries and electric jack. Clear title and registration. I ordered a RVChex report on 19 August and printed out two of the 5 pages in this listing.
