Mint condition, only been used about 10 times. Boondocked on private land since it left the dealer lot. Very clean. Stove, oven, fireplace, microwave, TV have never been used. Great bathroom and shower. Refrigerator emptied after each stay. Septic cleaned and treated after each stay. Huge outdoor kitchen with second refrigerator, gas grill, storage and none of this has ever been used. Beautiful interior, double AC units, kitchen island, big awning.
