Beautiful well maintained motorhome with a smooth ride, plenty of storage, and a 10000 pound towing capacity. The 35 ft 7 in length is perfect for a couple or small family. We downsized to this motorhome and still were able to take the majority of our "stuff". Besides the standard equipment, optional equipment installed by the manufacturer includes a Serta mattress, stackable washer and dryer, slide-out tray in basement storage, electric fireplace, a 4th TV over the cockpit, and ceramic tile in the bedroom. A Blue OX BX7420 Avail Tow Bar is included and we used the Air Force One Supplemental Braking System. We have particularly liked the smooth handling, the pull out pantry, A TV that can be viewed without constantly turning your head, the electric fireplace (plenty of heat for nights when you don't need the furnace yet), the continuous flow tankless water heater, and plenty of electrical outlets. This is our fourth motorhome and this one has been our favorite. Selling due to some health issues.
