We purchased this RV new in 2017 to full time travel in, so we’ve gotten all those first time owners kinks worked out & it’s turn key ready for new owners! In 2021 we did some upgrades, our goal to make it feel more like a home. We replaced all flooring w/ vinyl sheet flooring, (no carpet) adding new residential floor registers. We replaced RV fridge w/ a Residential Whirlpool fridge w/ Ice Maker. We upgraded kitchen sink to a single basin w/ a professional style faucet. We added a pop up extension to the island, that doubles as an eating area. We replaced dinette & added a custom built desk, w/ 2 pop up outlets & extra cabinet storage. The desk is great for anyone that works remotely or could be used for sewing/crafting projects. It also doubles as a dining table. We’ve updated all hardware on cabinet doors/drawers, added new backsplashes & wallpaper in the kitchen along w/ a few spice racks. In the bathroom we replaced the heavy glass doors w/ a rod & shower curtain. We added new residential light fixtures & furniture has been upgraded to residential LazyBoy Slouch Couches. This amazing ‘slouch feature’ allows you to lay seats all the way back, w/o raising the legs. When reclining the entire seat will lay flat so it can sleep out to 4 people. We put up new curtain rods w/ custom curtains that not only add to that cozy feel, but help to keep heat out in summer & cold out in winter. This RV has a Central Vac, W/D hookups, a Keyless Entry RV Lock, an extended handrail & lots of storage inside & out. We resealed & recoated the roof. We have two 370 watt solar panels mounted on top that are more than enough for the 250AH lithium battery. It has a 3000 watt GoPower IC3000 Inverter/Charger, Victron Solar Controllers & a Victron Battery Monitor. We are also including a 60 gallon water bladder & a spare tire. This RV has been completely set up for all boondocking needs & all these xtras make being able to take it off grid a breeze!
