JD Power has average retail at $26,800 with the lower retail price at $22,250.

Original owners, bought new. Used 2-3 times a year. Serviced twice a year - winterized and de-winterized.
Everything works great on the trailer. Trailer is in excellent condition and very well maintained.

*****There is 1 cosmetic issue with the back wall of the trailer. Please see the picture for reference. There is some delamination where the siding has separated. That is the reason why I have dropped the price down past the low retail price. It is strictly cosmetic as there is no sign of damage within the trailer.

Includes 2 full size bunk beds, queen size bedroom, dinette and couch pull out into beds and there is an outdoor kitchen station. The dining seats were recovered since we had young kids. The material we had them recovered to is much easier to wipe down and keep clean while camping however I do have the original covers if someone wanted to put those back on.
