L shaped counter including a kitchen sink. Kitchen includes a full size residential refrigerator with ice maker, 3 burner gas range and oven- which have never been used. Also has an overhead microwave/convection oven. Lots of storage!
To the left of the entry door, notice a nice dining table, which can be expanded to seat 6 and 4 solid wood chairs with storage in the seats.
To your right upon entry, up the 3 steps, is a convenient bathroom that offers a toilet, nice shower and cabinet with a glass bowl sink. Mirrored overhead cabinet holds all of your toiletries.
The front bedroom provides a nice retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the unit, where you can get a great nights rest. There is a king bed slide out that includes night stands, chest of drawers with a tv above, and a front wall wardrobe with mirrored doors. Plus a closet that has been prepped for a washer and dryer, and so much more!
So much storage- inside and below! Super clean and no damage. Sheer curtains have been added, and living room area carpet.
A little a history about this beauty-
First owners purchased it in 2016 hoping to use it to travel and enjoy their retirement. Unfortunately their plans changed and the trailer was never used. We purchased it late 2021 to live in while we built our little house. All total road miles, under 100. The only repair that have been made was a new furnace switch. For a 5th wheel called "Open Range", this sweet trailer sat in the open while parked, but never experienced the range:)
