Used gently and clean. We’re moving out of the area to be closer to family and will no longer have a use for our motorhome. It has only 16,480 miles. This is a regular gasoline powered Ford E450 chassis w/ V10.  This RV is equipped with Big Foot AUTOMATIC LEVELING.

It has a queen bed and cab over sleeper with 350 lb capacity and ladder. The queen bed has a brand new, never used mattress as well. There are 2 TVs inside, 1 outside w/sound bar. This model features 2 luxurious, electric leather recliners. The kitchen is very well-equipped and includes a 3 burner gas cooktop, oven, Dometic refrigerator and convection microwave. There is plentiful kitchen storage as well. 

This model also features abundant storage inside and out. It comes with a good surge protector, which was only used 1 time.
