Selling RV our family has enjoyed for the last 10 years. Numerous trips with kids and friends to state parks, springs, Disney, and mountains. Hoping another family can use it for fun family adventures while kids are young enough to enjoy it. We did have some window water leaks that have been repaired but inside work still needed to cover wood. Awning has been removed due to aging of fabric so new awning is needed. Vehicle has brand new tires and runs great. Outside entertainment center and bedroom tv recently replaced.
