I have a 2012 Trailmanor 19RD for sale in Plano, TX. This is an aluminum folding trailer. It is in overall good condition with one exception. The roof has had water damage and needs repair. I checked with Trailmanor and to totally replace the roof would cost $4000 and need to be repaired at the plant in South Dakota. I believe all it needs is a rubber sheet to cover the roof. I am sure there are people that can do this themselves. Due to this issue I am selling it for $4000 instead of the $10,000 I would have sold it for without the roof issue.
