Like New!  Includes ProPride Sway Control hitch valued at over $3,500, fully stocked kitchen, camping king size bed, and ramp room awning/tent.  Has all bells/whistles - Solar, two air conditioners, on board generator and more!  Only camped locally at the beach - less than 200 miles in distance, and generator barely used. 

We absolutely love this toy hauler and layout but have not been able to use it as much as we would have liked, and want to see it go to a family that will enjoy it like it should be!
